Do You Know These Effective Anti-Aging Treatment Choices?

Everyone in the world wants to look young. Unfortunately, we cannot stop the aging process. Once you cross your 3’s you will start to feel that there is no hope to be beautiful anyomore. Or is it?

Actually, there are many ways in which you can feel younger and look more beautiful. You have to take care of youself, both from the inside and the outside. Most men and women don’t realize that there are many simple anti ageing treatments that they can use in order to avoid or slow down aging .

There are 2 main causes of anti aging:

1. Natural : This type of aging is hereditary and depends on the genes & hence it is quite difficult to prevent.

2. Un-natural : This is caused by the extrinsic factors like exposure to sun, over drinking, bad eating habits etc.

While comparing both the types of aging, you can come to a conclusion that you can prevent the second type of ageing.

Here are some tips for the prevention of un-natural aging :

1) You should maintain a diet that’s low in sugar and fat.

2) You need to consume lots of water, ie 5- 8 glasses of water daily.

3) You should exercise regularly. This will help you look younger.

In addition, you may consider the following anti-aging treatment products:-

1. Anti ageing treatment (Creams) :

People whose skin is always exposed to the sun are at more risk since the sun’s rays can cause wrinkles on the face. Thus, wrinkle creams have become one of the major anti aging treatment products today. Scores of anti ageing wrinkle creams have entered the anti-aging market. But it doesn’t mean that all these creams are good. The introduction of many “herbal and ayurvedic creams” has made it difficult for the women to decide on which product is right for them. So choose carefully.

2. Anti ageing treatment :( Genetic Treatment)

The most dynamic aspect of the genetic research is to create genetic treatments for anti ageing. Geneticists say that, human beings have 30,000 active genes. As we grow older, these genes become inactive which ultimately results in ageing looks. With respect to the researchers, anti ageing treatment with animals are likely to continue in next few years, before tests with human begin. Thus, this Anti ageing treatment will be a boon for the coming generation.

3. Anti ageing treatment (Copper peptide treatment):

One of the anti aging treatments that are boomingtoday is the copper peptide treatment. Copper is normally found in trace quantities in our cells. When this is converted into copper peptide results in the skin regeneration . Since copper is an anti oxidant, it damages free radicals leaving a better skin.

4. Anti ageing treatment through vitamin tablets:

We need anti ageing vitamins to suppress the free radicals. They are the protective force against free radicals. Let us explore some important anti ageing vitamins :-

i) Vitamin C - It lowers the blood pressure . It fights cold and flu. It is also a very good anti aging treatment agent.

ii) Vitamin E - It is a good supplement of anti oxidants. It helps to maintain healthy cells and acts as a good skin and hair repair agent.

iii)Vitamin A - It is a very good anti oxidant that neutralizes the free radicals in the body which causes tissue and cellular damage. It also has retinol which helps to keep the skin and eyes moist.

Apart from using vitamins as an anti ageing treatment, it is always better to go with proper eating habits too.

5) HGH or human growth hormone is another product that you can opt for to fight aging. This is the latest in the field of anti aging treatment and its effects have been proven in many cases too. HGH supplements, for instance, can induce your body to produce more natural HGH, thus resulting in you looking and feeling years younger.

As you can see, there are many anti aging treatments and they all play a vital role in human life. Science is trying to find new remedies today and skin care treatment is on the frontiers of scientific research. Thus there is hope yet for you to look fabulously young again.

Anti Aging - Tips For Staying Younger Longer

While we cannot reverse the aging process or even stop or slow it down, we can help ourselves to stay younger longer. What do I mean? Our lifestyle patterns and habits are the biggest influences on the way we look, and even on how fast or how slow we age. By changing our own lifestyles, we can both look and feel years younger.

One of the most influential of all our lifestyle routines that tend to affect the way we look and the perception of our real ages by others is our stress levels. Many people overwork themselves, do not find time to exercise or even relax, and in fact do not even get a full five hours sleep minimum every night. We all know this, for it describes even our own lives, doesn’t it? So what does it have to do with the way we look and feel? The answer is everything. One of the reasons that we age is because our bodies become inefficient at producing the required hormones in the required amounts, and often the lack of one sets of a series of reactions or chain reactions.

The growth hormone is one of the hormones generated by our bodies while we sleep. A lack of sleep would mean less growth hormone in the body which in turn would be a signal to the brain that our aging process has begun. This in turn would signal increased hormone releases for insulin, and decreased hormone releases for other hormones such as melatonin and DHEA. These in effect would result in the signs of aging such as increased diabetes risks, restless sleeps and fat buildups among others.

Another of our lifestyle habits that affects the way we look is our social habits. Smoking for one has been known to add years to a person’s age, primarily because smoking releases free radical toxins within our bodies which accelerate the aging process. Free radicals are produced by our bodies naturally, but habits such as smoking and increased exposure to the sun can force the release of more radicals than normal into our bodies. Free radicals have been proven to contribute to aging by attacking the cell structures of all organs within our bodies. Most visible is the skin, where we can see the breakdown of the skin’s cell structure by its loss of elasticity and underlying structure.

Finally, exercise is probably the most influential but least acknowledged of all habits that can affect the way we look for our age. Unlike the first two above which stimulate our aging process, exercise actually works the other way to slow it down. This works too ways. When we exercise, we keep our bodies fit and get rid of toxic chemicals faster, thereby releasing internal stress within our bodies and extending the life of each individual cell. Additionally, exercise keeps our minds fit as well. When we cleanse the body internally, our minds automatically feel released and cleansed as well, and this undoubtedly has the subconscious effect of making us feel younger, stronger and more relaxed as well.

Anti Aging Cosmetics - Topical Treatments To Reduce The Signs Of Aging

Science has proven to date that our bodies age in two clearly defined ways - by free radical oxidization, and by hormone imbalance within the body. Both processes occur naturally within all of our bodies, which is why we all age throughout our lives. It is when we alter these processes by changing our own lifestyles and habits and even lack of habits that we are in some small way able to exercise control over the way we age, or as the opposite may deem true as well, that we lose control over the way we age. To date science has not provided us with the key to stopping aging altogether, but we do know of ways we can influence the rate at which we age and even to alter the effects of aging - at least the physical aspects of aging.

The production of topical cosmetics is a huge market worldwide and it continues to find hundreds of new customers every day. Women especially are most concerned about the way that they look, and consequently the way that they look while aging. Many types of cosmetics have been developed to date to assist in altering the visible signs of aging apparent on most of us, which may include such signs as weight gains, graying hair, sagging skins, wrinkled skins, and even memory loss and receding hairlines. Weight gain is an easy enough problem to deal with, and many doctors and practitioners alike advise time and time again that exercise is the biggest help for the aging person. Even graying hair can be colored to cover the grey patches using one of a multitude of available hair pigments or dyes on the market. It is the treatment of such problems as sagging and wrinkled skin that is the focus of our discussion however.

Anti aging cosmetics are targeted specifically for topical use and topical treatments. Almost all anti aging cosmetics would therefore carry anti-oxidants to aid in the removal of oxygen free radicals from the surface of the skin, most especially the face. Free radicals work by targeting the cells and destroying them single handedly, therefore to slow down the effects of free radical attacks (wrinkles, sagging or loose skin) we need to bind the free radicals before they get the opportunity to damage the cells. Anti oxidants usually take the form of vitamins, so almost all topical face and body treatments that claim to reduce wrinkle formation and the incidence of sagging skin will contain one or more types of the skin vitamins. These include vitamins A, C and E, and even co-enzyme Q10.

Yet other cosmetic treatments claim to reverse the signs of aging such as the receding hair line and wrinkled skin. These types of anti aging cosmetic treatments would contain topical hormone treatments specific to the area for use. For example, a cosmetic treatment for the stimulation of hair growth would most likely contain proteins essential for stimulation of hair growth or even stimulation of the follicle cells

Anti Aging Supplement - Fighting The Effects Of Aging With Anti Aging Supplements

While anti aging cosmetics work directly on the skin’s surface as topical treatments for the war against aging symptoms, anti aging supplements work from inside to provide a treatment that is intended to fight aging from the source. This means that anti aging supplements would be taken directly into the body either in the form of drinks, food, tablets, or injections. Anti aging supplements can be either hormone supplements or anti-oxidizing supplements - both are responsible for the signs of aging noticed on all individuals as they grow. By far the most popular however is hormone treatment for anti aging supplements.

A hormone is a protein based biological molecule. It is among the most vital within the body because it is involved in many specific neuro-transmission chains and signal patterns; it works closely with the brain to convey messages from all over the body, and likewise from the brain towards the rest of the body. Without hormones in fact, many neuro-transmission pathways would be useless because they would be unable to convey the signals being passed from the point source towards the brain and verse versa. Hormones are function-specific within the body. One hormone cannot perform the job of another and likewise the other cannot replace the former. They do however often work in conjunction with each other to send messages to and from the body.

If the body therefore becomes deficient of one hormone due to one reason or another, then the entire hormone balance becomes disrupted. This is also true for if a surplus of one type of hormone is stimulated within the body. Some of the hormones within the body are dependent upon other substances themselves, without which the production or effectiveness of the hormone within the body becomes useless.

These substances would include such basic nutrients such as fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and even some essential amino acids. If the body lacks these from a proper or well balanced diet, then it shows up in the skin. Most anti aging supplements take this factor into consideration and incorporate some of the more important or critical nutrients if not all.

Vitamins, minerals and fatty acids all work with each other to promote the anti aging process from within the body by providing anti-oxidizing features. By binding or blocking the free radicals within the body before they get the opportunity to wreck havoc on major organs such as the skin or the heart. Additionally, fatty acids and minerals work with other factors to help promote the absorption of key vitamins within the skin which may be essential for the anti-oxidizing process.

Other anti aging supplements that contain amino acids incorporate them into the anti aging fight by utilizing them to build new collagen or elastic tissue within the skin to replace the wrinkled or sagging ones. In addition, amino acids are also incorporated into the water retaining capacity of the skin for a healthy and glowing appearance.

Anti Aging - Looking and Feeling Young

How to take years off your age?

One of the most fundamental and basic methods for taking the years off one’s age is to maintain a feeling of contentment within our own selves. We can do this by either emotional or physical methods, or even by a combination of both methods. Some of the more popular ways to accomplish the said include beauty treatments and cosmetic surgeries which may promise to take away the wrinkles and fat that come with age. Other more basic ways to secure a feeling of contentment with one’s own self however are discussed below. So read on to see how you too can look and feel young again without expensive or painful cosmetic treatments.

On of the easiest ways to feel good about ourselves is to lift our own spirits and self esteem. We can do this by physical means of beautifying our bodies with manicures and pedicures and even hair and face treatments. These methods of beautifying oneself however are mainly the means of getting society to accept our looks before we can accept them ourselves.

Emotional and spiritual well being on the other hand lends its effects to maintaining a feeling of contentment with life that you would not be able to get from any other means, not even physical beauty. The person who is spiritually satisfied is one who is at peace with himself and herself, and thus the harmony within his or her own body maintains a stress-free environment and a carefree existence. This person is less burdened by life and with living and trying to fight the natural cause of nature, and therefore ages more naturally that most.

The person who ages with nature as opposed to against it ages gracefully and this in itself is a way of taking away the years from the face - the person who fights the aging process in effect harms his or her own body by stressing it out continually. Have you ever noticed in fact how young and youthful the woman who does yoga is? Or how springy an athlete’s step is? So long as the mind is at peace, then one’s attitude too would reflect this and thus one’s ‘aura’ would be youthful and vibrant and energetic.

Even such spur of the moment treatments such as spa treatments and acupressure treatments are good at rejuvenating one’s inner energy and releasing the inner peace within oneself. These are therefore good ways to feel good about oneself which would in turn bring out a youthful ‘aura’ about an individual which has the effect of taking years of the age (as opposed to stress which adds the age).

We can choose to feel good about ourselves through a number of different means, but whether we choose to accomplish this by physical or mental means is up to us. The outcome however remains the same irregardless of the method used so long as it is used positively.

Fear of Aging - You Still Have Choices

The fear of aging impacts all of us at some degree in our lives because ultimately it is what aging symbolizes that we are frightened of. We all acknowledge logically that we will perish or at least no longer be physically here however for most of us this fact is really difficult to wrap our minds around. Aging represents the predictable changes that will occur to the body and mind over the natural course of ones life. Most folks have a pessimistic perception of aging, and many to the degree it produces intense anxiety in their lives and undervalues the quality of their life. The specific changes that we fear from aging may include the passing of beauty, the loss of memory, the loss of limb function or the loss of bodily organs however they all really represent vitality and independence.

Our society centers heavily on our physical existence, and this is the one aspect that everyone agrees will inevitably die. Indeed, society helps to feed this anxiety toward ageing. As we age society seems to value and respect us less and less and this understandably contributes to the fear of aging. We are no longer of value in the labor pool. We are no longer able to protect ourselves and become vulnerable. We are no longer physically appealing. We are burdens on our loved ones. We loss our mental sharpness. We loss our ability to remain independent. We are hidden away by being put into homes so the rest of society does not have to be reminded that one day we will be in this very position and in fact it is inescapable.

Accordingly we feel powerless in this undesirable process. The cosmetic, fashion, skin care, hair care, and plastic surgery industries are cashing in on our anxiousness and dread of aging. In point of fact, they prey on our fears because after all it is in their economic interest to keep us in a state of fear or denial and buying their products and services in this vain believe that we will somehow ward off our impending death. There is nothing wrong with wanting to preserve our physical appearance as long as we can also accept the changes when they do occur.

All the same, there is additional than manners to look at aging. As a matter of fact, the word has many dis-confirming connotations that come along with it. According to Buddha, in order to stave off suffering and pain we must detach from our physical reality and perceive it only as a temporary illusion. By doing so we liberate ourselves from fear and suffering. We choose to experience the present moment and be thankful for the good and the bad of any situation, including the deterioration of the body.

Additionally, our engrossment with the passing of our youthfulness prevents us from receiving the changes and mystery the journey before us represents. Nonetheless, one can make a radical shifts in thinking or mind set toward embracing the gifts of aging. There are many events in our lives that we can not control or change however we do have the choice of how we are going to deal with each event. We can choose to live our lives or let our lives live us. Aging is just another stage of our journey with its own mysteries and learning possibilities, we choose what to do with these opportunities.

As we age we begin the realize the importance of friends and family and having meaningful relationships. This however is a double edged sword because we are faced with the reality of death as many of our peers and friends pass away in greater numbers and with more frequency. It is therefore important we cultivate our relationships even more, for friendship and support. There are many senior focused activities in our communities, these are a great resources and should not be overlooked.

Become mindful of your spirit and develop your spirituality (spirituality is not the same as religion) whether through prayer, meditation, or Yoga. We all need to feel the inner sense of our innate divinity. It is never to late to find out who you really are, look inwards to find the answers and do not allow society to dictate your value. Another option, volunteer, it is never to late to have an impact on someone else’s life. It makes no difference whether your passion is to help people, animals or the planet, help is needed everywhere. Focus on living not aging.
