Holistic Health - A More Careful Definition

For at least the last sixty years, Western medicine has been dominated by pharmaceutical medications. And regardless of your views on prescription drugs, no one can really call that a holistic approach to medicine. The whole concept of pharmaceuticals is to manipulate a chemical response in the body without concern for what is causing that response.

This is why people seldom get well when relying on prescription drugs, and why the drugs themselves are often more dangerous than the chemical response they are attempting to correct. In some instances, of course - as with antibiotics - we have seen some life-saving results. But even in these cases, the approach by definition is not holistic.

Holistic health refers to considering the body as a whole when trying to maintain health or use corrective health solutions. Now, I don’t know that any holistic health treatment, remedy, nutritional solution, and so on, could ever address every aspect of the body at once. You might deal with inflammation present throughout the body, or might get a broad spectrum of nutrients into cells throughout the body, but these or any other solution wouldn’t provide all things needed by the body.

So a holistic solution doesn’t mean providing everything needed at once, and it doesn’t mean correcting everything at once. It only means that you’re considering the needs of the whole body at once. So when you’re providing a holistic service, remedy, nutritional, etc., it will benefit certain aspects of the body and will do no harm elsewhere in the body. And of course by correcting one aspect of the body, that aspect then starts to do its job correctly, which affects other aspects of the body, and there is a positive spill-out effect.

Again, comparing this with pharmaceuticals, an antibiotic may kill certain bacteria in the body that are causing symptomatic problems; but it’s also going to kill beneficial life in the body, which leads to other problems. A holistic approach to bacteria would be to find the cause of the bacteria and to remove that cause (while possibly strengthening the body’s ability to kill off the harmful bacteria in its own way).

A true holistic approach would also recognize the body as more than a mechanical device. It would look at physical health from both the chemical and quantum perspectives, as the quantum (sub-atomic) biofield directly affects chemical interactions occurring in the body. It is also my belief that this biofield is the medium through which our thoughts and emotions affect our physical bodies - and both thoughts and emotions need to be considered in the holistic approach.

(This is one reason, incidentally, why certain remedies or techniques are more appropriate to some people, while other approaches are needed for other people; clients of holistic practitioners should feel comfortable with what is being done and should have as much mental understanding as they want to have about what is happening. No one should be pressured by friends or practitioners into trying a technique.)

Finally, most holistic practitioners and clients will believe a spiritual aspect to the individual, and this also needs to be considered as part of the holistic approach. A few things need to be said on this, however. First, a balanced holistic practitioner would never feel the need to force a certain spiritual viewpoint on a client because of the negative effect this would have on mind and emotions, and thus potentially on physical health.

Second, a practitioner who doesn’t believe in spirituality still needs to be open to the client’s beliefs if only because those beliefs affect the person’s mental and emotional well-being. To ignore these beliefs is to not look holistically at the person.

Third, we need to be careful in talking about “spiritual healing” and “energy healing” in the same way. They are different. Reiki, for instance, is an energy healing technique in which the “life force” energy (ki, or chi) of the client is manipulated in order to bring about self-healing. The force that Reiki is supposed to work with is the pervasive quantum field (an aspect of which is an individual’s biofield), which is part of the physical world. (This is why it’s studied by quantum physicists rather than theologians.)

Spiritual healing, on the other hand, is meant to be based on spiritual life from God and/or the soul passing into the quantum field and thereby vivifying one’s health. This would include techniques such as esoteric healing, and should be used for those clients with the appropriate belief system.

Just as any one technique for the physical (chemical) body will not directly address all aspects of the body, but will indirectly affect many, any physical technique will affect the quantum field, the emotions, the mind, and perhaps the soul. Any emotional technique will affect the physical, quantum, mental, and perhaps the soul aspects.

A holistic viewpoint, then, understands that every object and every event affects every other object and every other event in some way, no matter how subtly. When we keep this in mind, we better grasp the extensive power of each choice. And when we look to holistic health techniques, we can know that every positive choice is simply a step in the overall scheme of things. But it’s a step toward better health in the end.

How To Lose Weight With A Holistic Approach

There are so many choices available it is difficult to make an intelligent decision - unless you understand how you body works and what your real needs are. First, it’s important to realize that fad diets are unhealthy and although they may produce rapid results, they are meant to be used for a short-term only. So if you need to lose more than 5 - 7 pounds a fad diet probably is not the answer for you. Diet pills can be dangerous. Always check with your doctor before using any diet pill. As for the exercise equipment, be very cautious before making any purchases. Most equipment is very expensive and many times after bought it is seldom if ever used.

This is also another time that you should consult with your doctor first if you are not sure you are physically fit. Now let’s discuss those diet programs. They work very well for many. Some include the support of meetings and many include the additional requirement of select food-lines. The bottom-line here is, these programs can be very expensive and some do not promote independence to the degree that perhaps they should.

So how do you decide what’s right for you? Ideally you want to lose weight quickly, and you want to keep it off. The problem is that you didn’t get where you are overnight and it won’t change overnight. But don’t be discouraged! You can quick-start your dieting with a fad diet if you choose while learning about a healthy holistic approach. This type of approach will not only lead to weight loss, it will result in permanent weight loss and a healthier lifestyle…forever!

A holistic approach does not involve dieting as you know it. Instead, you will learn about nutritional needs and how to increase your metabolism rate. You will base your food intake on that knowledge. Other topics that you will learn about include how to decrease and manage the stress and anxiety in your life. This is important because many people find that they either eat more or less healthy when they are stressed.

Another point covered is sleeping well. If you are tired or feeling worn out you are not likely to exercise. Since exercise is a key to burning calories you feeling fresh and new each is important, thus getting a good night’s sleep is important.

You see, a holistic approach is a comprehensive approach that covers the “whole” person. Gradual changes are made that are easily incorporated into the individual’s life, resulting in a healthy lifestyle and a slimmer, fitter individual.

This approach keeps the focus on the individual, thereby creating independence. The individual learns from the beginning how to deal with temptations and develops a plan for such. A Food Journal and Exercise Log, as well as other documentation forms are used. These help the individual stay on track and determine where their focus should be. Any emotional attachments to food items can be determined, or associations with food and times of the day.

All changes are made slowly so they can easily be integrated in one’s life. This approach should never be the cause of stress or any discomfort. Instead, you will continuously feel better and better, and at the same time you will be losing weight and getting in shape! It’s awesome!

The holistic approach is absolutely fail-proof. Because the changes are made slowly and gradually, as you integrate those into your life, developing a healthier lifestyle, you will be much more likely to stick with those positive changes. Not only will you find that you are losing weight, but you will feel healthier in so many other ways as well.

Before you attempt another fly-by-night program consider something that will provide lasting results. Use a holistic approach to weight loss for a healthier lifestyle, an improved emotional status and long-term results.

Holistic Medicine - What It Is And Isn’t

Introduction

Holistic medicine is a system of health care which fosters a cooperative relationship among all those involved, leading towards optimal attainment of the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of health. Holistic medicine is a term used to describe therapies that attempt to treat the patient as a whole person. Holistic Medicine is based on the core belief that unconditional love is life’s most powerful healer.

Health

Health professionals realize that a person’s health depends on the balance of physical, psychological, social, and cultural forces. The emphasis is on making changes in lifestyle that promote health, empowering you through education and by encouraging you to assume responsibility for your health. By choosing holistic medicine, you will be encouraged to take an active role in your treatment and you will be invited to work with a healthcare practitioner to make informed decisions about managing your condition.

Natural Healing

Natural Healing usually refers to the use of non-invasive and non-pharmaceuticals techniques to help heal the patient. When most people use the term Natural Healing, they are usually referring to physical healing techniques only. Often the terms “alternative medicine”, “complimentary medicine”,”natural medicine” or “preventative medicine” are synonymous with holistic medicine, as each of these treatment philosophies centers on treating you as a whole person, rather than addressing an isolated condition or body part. The natural state is one of health, and an illness or disease is an imbalance in the body’s systems.

Many alternative or natural therapies have a holistic approach, although that is not always the case. Paradoxically, many discoveries of the twentieth century have only served to confirm many natural medicine theories. Holistic medicine can also include natural supplements that cause the same changes as conventional drugs.

Conclusion

Holistic medicine is very different from conventional medicine and pharmaceutical-based healthcare. One of the greatest advantages of holistic medicine is the range of treatments that you can utilize to attain and maintain a higher quality of emotional, spiritual and physical health. The aim of holistic medicine is to bring all areas of an individual’s life, and most particularly the energy flowing through the body, back into harmony.

No matter what it’s called, holistic medicine is a style of health care that is a non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical practice of healing that incorporates techniques such as herbalism, acupuncture, homeopathy, massage and many others.

Ultimately, the best choice, if possible, for those interested in holistic medicine is to find a medical provider who can address all your medical needs. Holistic medicine is definitely here to stay.

What Is Holistic Psychotherapy?

The word holistic has been used to describe health care practices that include acupuncture, massage therapy, Reiki, naturopathy, and homeopathy. These practices attempt to bring harmony to the physical, energetic, and/or nutritional states of individuals.

Holistic Psychotherapy also seeks to bring balance between these systems. However, as with all psychotherapy, its primary focus is the treatment of psychological and emotional pain that manifests in depression, anxiety, trauma and related disorders. It is the way in which holistic psychotherapy treats these disorders that marks its departure from conventional psychotherapy and denotes its singular effectiveness.

Generally speaking traditional psychotherapy focuses on problematic thoughts and behavior, interprets the underlining meaning of these thoughts and behavior, and then provides solutions that are practiced by clients and adjusted as circumstances warrant.

Unlike traditional psychotherapy, Holistic Psychotherapy optimally fosters growth and healing by noting the synergistic relationship between all the ways we experience ourselves and the world-thinking, feeling, doing, and sensing. Holistic practitioners then channel this knowledge through methods that support the healthy interaction between the processes of the thinking mind, the feeling body, and the emotionally enfused spirit to bring growth and healing.

Holistic Psychotherapy engages methods that encourage us to talk, feel, act and sense in ways that make our experiences manageable, safe, and empowering. Holistic Psychotherapy helps us make sense out of anxious and depressed states, manage overpowering feelings, bring solutions to our problems, and teaches us how to effectively plan for our future.

Holistic Psychotherapy recognizes, for instance, that depression is a symptom. Depression might feel like the problem but it is really the messenger that tells us we are suffering an imbalance somewhere in self. Depression is the red light that signals us to stop. Just as you would not continue driving a car with the engine light blinking without risking breakdown so ignoring depression risks a physical and emotional breakdown.

Holistic Psychotherapy is the equivalent of preventive medicine. A holistic practitioner will assess what area or areas of self are causing distress–the mind, the body, or the emotions–and how each area is effecting the other. A holistic psychotherapist has state of the art tools and methods honed by years of practice and ongoing training to help individuals, couples, and families identify the source of depressed and anxious experiences while helping to alleviate them, and then provides guidance to develop preventive skills to protect against reoccurrence.

Holistic Psychotherapy is not eclectic psychotherapy or a bag of techniques learned once in a workshop. It is a conscious, skillful, organic blending of eastern methods of healing with western healing psychotherapies that safely support you to engage all your ways of experiencing-thinking, feeling, sensing, doing-so that you relate to yourself with understanding, respect, appreciation, and joy.

Holistic Psychotherapy recognizes that you have all the answers and its function is to help you access those answers with competence, responsible action, and a felt sensation of healthy control.

My Definition Of Holistic Health And How It Can Better Your Life!

If you asked 10 people what they think the definition of holistic health was, you would probably get 10 different answers.

With that being said, don’t assume that my definition is the one and only way to think of holistic health. While I think it’s a very solid definition and can help you enjoy a much better life, that is completely up to you.

So What Is Your Definition Of Holistic Health?

I want to mention that I’m not strictly going to talk about health as in “food” or “how you feel”. My definition of holistic health is slightly different than that.

If I were to put it into 1 phrase, I would simply say that holistic health is the blended combination of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

If you’re lacking in one of these areas you would have a kink in the chain and without a balance you’re going to find yourself feeling distraught in some area of your life.

At a very young age (19, I’m 22 now) I realized that if I wanted to be successful in life I needed to find a balance. For example, I couldn’t just be rich, but I also had to be physically in shape. I couldn’t just be strong-willed, but I also had to have a firm spiritual connection.

Of course this is just me and some people aren’t spiritual whatsoever, but I find that it helps tremendously in many different ways.

Having a definition of holistic health in my mind that makes me create a balance in life will ultimately help me in becoming ultra-successful in whatever I try to do.

I know people who are in great physical shape but mentally and emotionally are a complete wreck. I know people who are extremely grounded mentally and emotionally, but are in horrible physical condition.

You may have heard of the phrase “You’re only as strong as your weakest link”. That phrase is something that, if you’re having trouble staying balanced, you should post up wherever you can put it.

Most people have at least a decent spiritual connection, are mentally and emotionally stable (for the most part at least), but have a very hard time with their physical health.

This is something that hits home with me because I’m always trying to help people understand that it’s really not that hard to get down to the weight you want to be at. All you have to do is read the right information and put it to use!

In thinking about my definition of holistic health, physical is probably the weakest link for most people. If you like my definition of holistic health and think it makes sense, take a look at your own life.

What is your weakest link?

Whatever it is, take the time right now before you do anything else, and take action to turn it around immediately.

Jeremy Reeves has a soft spot for those whose weakest link is their physical health. If this is your weakest link, take action right now and go to http://www.fitness-product-reviews.com to see how you can turn your weakest link into your strongest link in just a few short weeks.

Chakra Clearing - Re-energize and Balance Yourself in Twenty Minutes

Chakra clearing paves the way to opening your creative energy. Learn how to easily clear up what may be blocking you from success. Re-energize and balance yourself in twenty minutes.

I want to share with you a process that will clear your Chakras allowing you to get the most out of any Chakra based meditation you may be doing.

I discovered this technique a while back and was grateful I did. It gave me clarity about which of my Chakras needed attention. That information allowed me to work on the areas in my life that were blocked.

Let’s Start with some basic background information. The word Chakra means vortex or wheel. Chakras are energy centers in our body. There are seven main Chakras in the body. They are lined up from the base of the spine to the top of your head. Each Chakra adjusts different aspects of your personality. They each have different tasks. By Chakra clearing you can give your whole entire energy system a boost.

Breakdown of Each Chakra

First Chakra: Color: Red The base or root Chakra located at the base of the spine. Responsible for basic survival needs, groundedness, sexuality and strength.

Second Chakra: Color: Orange the Womb/Spleen Chakra is located below the navel. Responsible for: creativity, intimacy and warmth

Third Chakra color: Yellow The Solar Plexus Chakra located above the navel. Responsible for: confidence, power and learning.

Fourth Chakra Color: Green Heart Chakra located in the middle of the chest. Responsible for: love, healing, unity, empathy and service.

Fifth Chakra Color: Sky Blue Throat Chakra located at the throat. Responsible for: communication, creativity and expression.

Sixth Chakra Color: Indigo or White Third eye Chakra located between the eyebrows just above the bridge of the nose. Responsible for: Psychic abilities and higher consciousness.

Seventh Chakra Color: Purple Crown Chakra located at the top of the head. Responsible for: spirit and higher self.

Clearing, Strengthening and Balancing Your Chakras.

Lie on your back. You can do this your self or have a friend perform the technique. First shake your hands to clear the energy. Then take your hands, open and palms down one on top of the other and place them over the first Chakra and start to circle it counterclockwise about 3 to 4 inches above the Chakra. To determine which is counterclockwise imagine a clock lying face up on your navel.

*You can use one hand if you like, then use the left to clear and the right to sooth.

Make sure you or your friend make slow counterclockwise circles over the Chakra. Do this for approximately one to two minutes. Then shake off your hands to clear the energy and circle clockwise for half as long as the counterclockwise direction. Repeat this with each Chakra. If you are a man and Chakra clearing everything is the same expect for the crown Chakra. With that Chakra you would start clockwise to clear the Chakra and then counterclockwise to sooth it.

The Benefits

When doing this process you will notice that the counterclockwise brings up toxic energies moving these out of the body. The clockwise portion is very important as it completes the process by soothing the Chakra then stabilizing it.

You may notice headaches or a stomach ache when you are Chakra clearing; this means you are accomplishing the goal and getting rid of any clogged energy. After you have stopped and shake your hands then start in the clockwise direction this will sooth that Chakra and soon your headache or stomachache ache will disappear.

Use Chakra clearing daily or weekly. You can use it as often as you feel necessary based on your mood.

At the first start of this process you may find that one or two Chakras need more attention, if that is the case you may want to clear those everyday until you notice a difference in your energy. Then once you feel those Chakras have been cleared you can switch to once a week.

When I first started with this technique I noticed right away which Chakras needed attention. Allowing for the realization of which areas in my life I needed to work on.

Since each Chakra has its own personality traits it’s responsible for, it is easy to see where you will need to focus in order to feel balance and energized again. Take a look at the specific areas that are causing you the most discomfort when you start the Chakra clearing.

I noticed that my heart Chakra needed some attention. I then started to look at why I may have a blocked heart Chakra and discovered I needed to forgive myself for some past mistakes that I had made.

Chakra clearing is one of the many useful tools I have found to give me that peaceful centered feeling. I hope you enjoy the discovery of your energy centers and how relevant they are to a well balanced healthy life style.

Namaste.

Feel Better Fast - Ten Simple Things You Can Do To Help You Get Rid Of The Blues

Ever have one of those days? Or maybe you’re feeling discouraged, frustrated, or stressed?

Here are a few simple things you can do to put yourself in a more positive frame of mind so you’ll be better able to tackle what needs to be done.

1. Chocolate. ;-) (I’m serious. It seems to trigger endorphins in the brain. Just be sure not to OD.)

2. Hot chocolate. Marshmallows or whipped cream optional.

3. A good meal, preferably with a friend. But even a good solo meal can make you feel better (try fresh flowers for company). Consider having your favorite comfort food. It works. That’s why they call it that!

4. A hot bath with a mood-lifting scent. Even a hot shower helps.

5. A nap. I’m serious. Being well-rested will do wonders for your mood.

6. A walk in the park (or on the beach, or anywhere else, preferably outdoors, that you enjoy)

7. A hug. If there’s nobody suitable nearby, try calling a friend.

8. Pet a cat (or dog, or bunny rabbit, etc.) Borrow one if necessary.

9. A movie that makes you happy and/or laugh, preferably both. A few years back, when I went through chemo and got quite depressed at times, I prescribed myself a happy movie a day. It made a HUGE difference.

10. Inspirational refrigerator magnets, greeting cards or mugs. I have them all over the house.

Are they simple and obvious? Yes. But they work, and sometimes it’s hard to remember them when you need them most. Keep this list (or a similar one) around, and do one or do several whenever needed.

Which ones should you start with? Just choose whichever ones seem easiest at the moment, or simply pick the ones you like best.

Get Out There It Will Do You The World Of Good

Bushwalking is a wonderful hobby. It is a very personal thing. You can choose to stroll leisurely or climb to mountain tops. There are short walks, long walks. Little mountains, big mountains. Some people enjoy walking for a day and returning to the luxury of a shower and comfortable bed. Others will carry their bedding and food and camp out overnight.

Regardless of your preference, the rewards are great

Spending time in the bush restores the spirit. Our spirit is the very essence of who we are. Caring for the core of our being helps us to remain positive and willing to make the most of life. Not to become DISSPIRITED.

How can walking in the bush keep our spirit uplifted?

Whilst physically taxing, there is also a need to be focused on the activity. This allows us to be present in “the now” Too often our minds are skipping ahead to what we need to do tomorrow or later. Living in “the now” frees us, restores us and enlivens. Bushwalking requires the type of concentration which leaves little room for worrying about other matters. The beauty of nature, if we allow it, can at times almost overwhelm us.

The sense of achievement at the end of the day, enhances our self esteem. Stepping outside of our comfort zone, whether physically or mentally definitely increases how we feel about ourselves. Walking is a natural activity. It allows us to exercise our bodies in a familiar way. With a pack, containing our daily ration, on our back we can experience a wonderful sense of freedom and independence. How good does that lunch taste out there amongst the beauty of the bush! Then there is of course LAUGHTER. What a fabulous way to exercise the muscles in our face and release the tensions of everyday life.

Laughter is almost obligatory on bushwalks. Good company, fabulous scenery, exercise and challenge! It is impossible not to smile!

Is Holistic Methods Right For Me?

With the costs associated with health care reaching epic heights, people are increasingly seeking cost effective alternatives to modern medicine and medical practices. The broad spectrum of therapies that are covered under the umbrella of holistic health offer a wide selection of options to the over-priced, overmedicated solutions given by modern science and medicine. However, at this point, a majority of the people who are considering entering the realm of holistic therapy have more questions than answers.

Are holistic methods right for me? What is Holistic Therapy? What does holistic therapy include? What are the different types of Holistic therapies available? How much does Holistic medicine cost? Where can I find out more about Holistic Therapy?

These are some of the more common questions people ask while pondering the pros of delving into the hitherto unknown world of holism.

What is Holistic Therapy?

In the simplest terms, the term “holistic therapy” refers to a wide range of therapies and practices that seek to work collectively with the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of a person. Holistic Therapy believes that all parts of a person are and should be interconnected in order to create wellness and health of the whole being, not just one individual part of that whole.

What does Holistic Therapy involve?

Because holistic practices encompass several different types of healing techniques of different cultures, this can be a difficult question to answer appropriately. The single most important principle that is common to all holistic methods is the harmony of the mind, body and spirit.

Holistic therapies go beyond simply taking a pill and feeling better; they often involve such things as meditation, yoga, prayer or contemplation in combination with herbs, vitamins and other natural supplements. Each form of holism has its own school of thought and reasoning behind its methods yet via its emphasis on the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit is complimentary to each of the other methods.

What are the Different types of Holistic Therapies?

Under the umbrella of holistic therapy is a wide array of practices from all corners of the globe. Ayurveda, for example, is an ancient health care practice that began in the East Indian countries of India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. It was possibly the first organized health practice that used both surgery and medication and there are millions of people around the world who still practice and rely on it today.

Other forms of holism include yoga, Shamanism and Sufi Healing. From the centuries old medicinal wisdom of the Ancient Chinese to the spiritual guidance offered by the Kabbalah and Buddhist teachings, you are sure to find a holistic practice that resonates within you and just “makes sense” to you.

How do I find out more?

While you could spend hours pouring through books and periodicals at the library or wading through page upon page of Internet search engine results, The Center for Healing Arts has simplified the process of learning about the many types of holistic medicine by offering a subscription-based series of informative and instructional sessions on DVD.

With this program, subscribers have unprecedented access to a wide range of renowned experts in various fields of holistic healing, each one carefully selected based on their expertise, experience and heart qualities. Imagine being able to glean holistic information at your own pace in the privacy and comfort of your own home! And because each DVD session is divided into chapters, it is easy to take off from where you left off during the last session.

How much does Holistic Therapy cost?

The cost of holistic therapy depends largely on the form in which that particular therapy takes. Some forms of therapy will require specialized training while others might dictate that you pay an experienced practitioner to perform the therapy.

The practice of holism can be quite costly depending on a variety of factors. Seminars, retreats and other related educational costs can add up quickly, so it is important to do your research before you decide to pursue a particular holistic path for yourself. Most importantly it’s best to find the path that resonates most with you so it will be a joy to pursue.

Love Yourself To Good Health

So as previously stated love yourself-like yourself, whichever you feel comfortable with out loud. But break through this barrier daily.

HOW ??? HOW DO I START EACH DAY POSITIVE & HAPPY ???

Before you arise from your comfy bed in the morning no matter what time it is, be positive right from the start. Stop grumbling about the cold or having to get up early for work etc. etc Do or say what you think will make you feel good about the rest of your day. I start by saying “Thank you God for another beautiful day!” — rain, hail or shine ! It’s up to you entirely but that’s my reassurance for a good start to the exciting time ahead.

Once again — it’s your choice but consider the best choice possible to make your day start and continue in the best possible way.

One of the many things I learnt from being ill was that my cells were of huge importance to my well-being. A big fresh, homemade juice, is I find, a great start to the day. Not bottled (although it is fine to drink bottled to a certain degree) but personally I like to put the fresh juice I have made into my cells and let it do the very best work possible to my body.

Please note:

Everything I tell you I do to survive and live my life the best way I think possible, and to continue to do so; are my decisions based on the help I have acquired and accepted after pursuing so many different avenues of advice. It is up to you to seek your avenues of advice and knowledge and make your own decisions based on those studied yourself. This is just a guide but everyone is different and every situation is also different. But it is worth the research-by reading or talking to people.

It is worth — Your Life !

Remember what I said in previous chapters — your decisions from your heart and soul, I believe, are a huge contributor to your personal healing process. That is my opinion and I am sticking to it. I believe it and I live it for me — for my healing — understand!?! Like or love yourself that much !!!

You will find many simple but easy to live by hints that I have learnt day to day just by chance, in my Handy Hints Pocket Book Series … which you can purchase at a very minimal price through my website or by clicking on the link to download. You’ll love them!

Cancer to Healthy Lifestyle details my story of my personal experience through my journey of cancer to a happy and exciting life for years to come, Share with me and talk with me online … I would love to be able to help you in some small way. Find me @ http://www.cancertohealthylifestyle.com
