Money As Energy - Addition by Subtraction
Much can be added to our lives, our work, and our pocketbooks by removing or eliminating certain things. Eliminating the barriers to success makes sense, but this means getting rid of things that we think are adding to our lives but are not - like certain relationships, activities, even jobs and educational undertakings.
We find that when life circumstances occur — losing a job, going bankrupt, or having a lover walk out — we always look back and see the great gifts that experience brought us and the doors that it opened. When it happens “to” us we frequently knew it was coming. We might even experience a sense of relief - as if our higher selves acted on our behalf - because we couldn’t consciously do it ourselves.
When we can “consciously extract” from our life, meaning when we remove things out of conscious choice, benefits will pour in.
The ultimate extraction is that of ourselves and our ego-centered agenda. When we can take ourselves out of the equation and stay connected to intentionality, the heavens open and abundance becomes a normal state of being. It’s about being present, clear, and unattached to the outcome.
Much like in Healing Touch, when we as healers get ourselves out of the way with the work, miracles happen. To help with abundance consciousness, I want to caution you about the word “sacrifice”. As we give of ourselves and get ourselves out of the way we needn’t think of it as sacrifice. That perspective has potential to be self-defeating and does not lead to abundance. The definition of the term sacrifice is “to surrender or give up, or permit injury or disadvantage to, for the sake of something else” Taking ourselves out of the equation is not about sacrifice, it is about creating an energetic opening for the greater good of all - and that includes us.
Another way “removing the self from the equation” can help in Healing Touch is when instructors and mentors allow the successful emergence of students and mentees, even when it is in their local market. Empowering healers as they grow, grooming them for leadership, mentoring them through instructorship, and watching them blossom as you step out of the way feeds the greater good, offers abundance for all, and proliferates the good work of Healing Touch worldwide.
